Do I need prior coffee experience?

No experience is required. Our courses are designed for beginners, home enthusiasts and hospitality professionals looking to refine their skills. We cover both theory and hands-on practice.
What should I bring on the day?

Just yourself and enthusiasm. All coffee, equipment and materials are provided. Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are mandatory.
Are the courses suitable for businesses or team training?

Absolutely. We offer private group sessions and corporate training tailored to hospitality teams, workplaces and organisations.
Is there a minimum age requirement?

Participants must be 16 years or older. Under 18s require written parental consent.
Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes. Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge if requested more than 48 hours before your session. Requests made within 48 hours may not be eligible for rescheduling.

SO Barista School delivers a structured, accredited professional training programme in partnership with TLC, alongside intensive practical barista courses, focused latte art masterclasses, and dedicated espresso sessions for home machine owners, combining theory and hands-on learning to build confidence, competence, and consistency across commercial and domestic coffee environments.
