Refund & Booking Policy

Course Bookings

All bookings for SO Barista School courses are confirmed upon full payment.

Rescheduling

  • Bookings may be rescheduled free of charge if requested more than 48 hours prior to the session.

  • Requests made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session may be transferred to a future date.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.

  • Failure to attend (no-show) is non-refundable.

Transfers

Bookings may be transferred to another attendee with written notice prior to the session.

Gift Vouchers

  • Valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

  • Non-refundable.

  • May be transferred but not exchanged for cash.

If We Cancel

If SO Barista School must cancel or reschedule a session due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be offered:

  • An alternative date, or

  • A full refund.

Physical Products (Future Retail)

If physical products are introduced:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days of receiving returned goods.
